The Vancouver Gunners Virtual Mess is open at 1700 hours tonight for pre-dinner drinks. Great opportunity to drop in for a drink and talk about today's Change of Command parade. https://us02web.zoom.us/j/710845848 Meeting ID: 710 845 848 Please RSVP to [email protected] if you're planning to stay for dinner afterwards so I can prepare the table setting. Dolan Magrath handed me a bag of photos to upload to the website during our 100th Anniversary Birthday Party. Its taken me this long to fight through some of the other tasks that I've got going on. Sorry its taken this long, Dolan!. I've placed the first batch on the On Guard 90 page. Is that correct? Can you identify some of the detachment? I think I was attached to enemy force and hardly saw the guns at all. Or was that 91?
Captain Rob Wishniski has provided some excellent photos from his tour in 2013. I've placed many of his photos of the local culture on this page.

Are you looking for a new challenge? Would you like to try your hand at researching history? We're still gathering details on the 5,000 members of the unit that we've identified so far. Would you like to join the team and unlock some of the past mysteries of the Regiment? Check out the attached file and send me an email at [email protected] Lest we forget
Do you remember these people? Peter Moogk has forwarded a couple of his photos from 1979. Captain John Hawthorne, Warrant Officer Mark Jackson, Captain John Carter, Major Martin Casey and Master Warrant Officer Gene Brown in discussion at the rear of the gun line during the Fort Lewis Exercise. The second photo is Sergeant "Scotty" McGinley and Master Bombardier Brad Barton during a Chilliwack range exercise. Seems like just yesterday.....
