The 39th (Reserve) Artillery Regiment deploys for a training exercise on Lulu Island. Equipped with 4.5" howitzer the unit had recently converted from a reserve to the 15th (Vancouver) Coast Regiment RCA Active Force to a separate field artillery task.

203rd Battery RCA
The 203rd Battery from Victoria departs to a training  camp in Courtenay. The Battery was a sub-unit of 39th (Reserve) Artillery Regiment after it had been re-roled from Coast Artillery.
