Canadian Army Veterinary Corps, attested 11th Canadian Mounted Rifles Canadian Overseas Expeditionary Force 27 September 1915, transferred to 15th Brigade Canadian Field Artillery 30 June 1916, embarked Halifax 11 Sep 1916, disembarked Liverpool 22 September 1916, absorbed into 14th Brigade Canadian Field Artillery 22 January 1917, proceeded overseas 21 August 1917, attached to 5th Canadian Divisional Ammunition Column 2 October 1918, demobilized 21 May 1919, deceased 21 November 1959 in Victoria BC.

Charles, all of North Vancouver. Requiem Mass will be celebrated Thursday September 17, at 9 a.m. in Holy Rosary Cathedral, Dunsmuir and Richards St. Father P. Foran celebrant. Internment Field of Honour, Forest Lawn Memorial Park, CHAPEL OF CHIMES, Harron Bros Ltd. in charge of arrangements.
