Monarch's Salute
The Regiment fires a salute on 7 February 1955 to commemorate the third anniversary of Queen Elizabeth II's accession to the throne. The Regimental Museum has several undated photos featuring snow in Stanley Park during a salute. They may be from 1955 but, most likely are from several different years.

Salute in Stanley Park
The licence plates indicate 1955. The location appears to be Hallelujah Point in Stanley Park. The photos might match the news clipping for either the Queen's Birthday or the Duke of Edinburgh's Birthday. There's probably two guns as it appears that 12 blanks have been prepared on the one gun and there are two FATs on the position.

Sarcee Camp
Part II Orders indicated that unit personnel attended 10 days camp training at Sarcee Camp from 15 to 24 Jul 1955.
The photographs are from the Vic Stevenson slide collection and were marked Summer Camp 195X. Were these photographs from the 1955 camp?
Who is that leading the Band?
Who is Sergeant Land? He is also standing to the side of the CP photo. Who is the Second Lieutenant with him?
Was this our last shoot with 25 pounders?
