The 9 O'Clock Gun
It's only fitting that the 9 O'Clock gun is presented on a page of it's own. After all, it's been faithfully fired since 19.. Well, actually, there have been several incidences where the cannon was not able to fire it's customary evening shot. In 1956 it was discovered that the cannon had severe barrel wear and was unsafe for further firing. 15th Field Regiment replaced the gun for a period of two weeks with a pair of 25 pounders and then a single 6 pounder anti-tank gun until the cannon was successfully repaired.

I'm thinking he could possibly be classified as the most experienced gunner in Vancouver based on the amount of blank rounds that he's fired?

19 October 2021 - Vancouver is Awesome informs us that the 9 0'clock gun has been out of commission for a week due to a fallen tree. Ther edoes not appear to be a call for the Regiment to stand in as a replacement.
