Front, side and rear view - This 9 pounder appears in good shape. However, the seats appear to have been replaced with boxes. There are no supports for the leather seat straps.
Cypher, stamps and other markings - Weight 8-1-6 (930 lbs), RGF No. TBC, stamped with the King’s Arrow which indicates it has been proofed and accepted for service. Firth's Steel No. 2840 on the muzzle. The gun is mounted on a wheeled carriage stamped Sir W.G. Armstrong and Co. Newcastle on the Tyne, No. 1455.
Wheels - Appear to be of a unique design.
Gun Stores - Wooden box may contain some stores.
