Front, side and rear view - This 9 pounder appears in reasonably good shape given its exposure to the weather. The frame is supported by two concrete blocks.
Cypher, stamps and other markings - The barrel is engraved with Queen Victoria's cypher (1837 - 1901). Weight unknown. The arrow indicates it has been proofed and accepted for service. RGF No. unknown. The carriage is marked WD, R.C.D. 11872.
