Commanding Officers’ Advisory Committee
ALCON:-
1. CO 15 RCA proposes a CO's Advisory Committee.
2. As Chair of the Coordination Committee I invite you to participate fully in the Stand Up Activities of this Committee to be held on:
Wednesday 9 October 2013 in the Colonel Townsend Classroom and the Officers' Mess at Bessbourgh Armoury.
3. Mission: To facilitate the initiation and coordination of unit activities with a view to improving the welfare of our current and former soldiers.
4. Agenda:
1930 hrs - Intro and briefing;
2030 hrs - Observe Training;
2130 hrs - Tac Withdrawal to Mess for Meet and Greet with sandwich trays; and
2200 hrs - Regt'l Offrs join us.
5. Provision shall be made for voice only contact to be made during the first hour for those unable to attend in person.
6. No substitutions or stand-ins.
