Master Warrant Officer George Dempsey eyes the parade square before stepping out to take over from his Troop Sergeant Majors. The parade goes through the chain of command, arriving last with the Commanding Officer James Barrett.
The Honorary Colonel, John Brownlee-Baker assists the Commanding Officer with presentations including a Canadian Forces Decoration and certificates.

After the parade there's some mean BBQing going down in the compound. Gunner Kim and Gunner Wong are enjoying the beer and hotdogs while even more smoke is being generated. Sergeant Adam Coleman, Captain Richard Van Slyke, Warrant Officer Rob Garrett and Major Brent Purcell having a cold one while Sergeant Donato is enjoying the crowd even as more smoke is being generated. Hope someone warned off the Fire Department!
I'm not sure what the Commanding Officer is cooking. It's looking a little burnt in there...
Once the smoke dissipates, it looks like everyone is enjoying the meal.
Of course, there's always some good Gunner cake at the end.
