Change of Command Parade 1981

The outgoing Commanding Officer Lieutenant-Colonel Stuart T. McDonald, CD signs over the Regiment to the Vancouver District Commander, Colonel Les Deane who provides the incoming Commanding Officer Lieutenant-Colonel John G MacGregor, CD with the task of commanding the Regiment.
