Martin Casey supervises. I'm not sure having the rain turn to snow overnight enhances the enjoyment of a range exercise. Just about every type of outerwear is shown in these photos. These range from ponchos, to Canadian issue rain jackets, to parkas. I doubt if any of them kept anyone dry and warm. I'm not sure where the Lewis machine gun appeared from, but it surely has to be connected with Captain Ian Newby in some manner.
