Chilliwack Range Exercise - Winter 1996

Promotion day in the snow in Chilliwack!  Second Lieutenant Isaak Skuce to Lieutenant, Officer Cadet Rob Tyler to Second Lieutenant,  Gunner Dan Taylor to Bombardier and Gunner Lani Jakimchuk to Bombardier. Is that a promotion to Bombardier for Elizabeth Colling?  Can anybody tell me who's under the helmet on the next promotion?
