The Lost Website

I was wandering the internet on a Sunday evening and came across the http://www.15thfieldregiment.ca/ website. It does not appear to have been updated in the last 5 years. Does anyone know who the owner is? We could use the address as a backup to the Vancouver Gunners website. It's rather sad to have a website that never gets updated..... Would also be helpful if someone could pass on some info about the photos and videos. Who, what, where and when would be helpful so that we can fit them into our history.
