On April 20, 2024, 15th Field Regiment, RCA will be hosting an open house at Bessborough Armoury! The Armoury will be open to the public from 1000 - 1400 hrs. Everyone welcome! There will be displays highlighting The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery including an artillery command post, Forward Observation Officer equipment, the C3 105mm howitzer, the indirect fire trainer and more.
The Regimental museum will also be open to provide an insight into the Regiment's past. Did you know that there used to be two 6" coastal guns located at Stanley Park? Did you know that the Museum of Anthropology at UBC is built on the remains of another 6" coastal artillery battery?
