Point Grey Battery - 1940
We're still looking for additional detaials on the life of Sergeant Frederick Gordon Trounce. It appears from the following photographs that he was a member of The Rocky Mountain Rangers prior to the war and that he was assigned to guard the Cisco CNR Tunnel when war was declared in the Fall of 1939. The photos then show him as a Gunner with the Point Grey Battery during a period that I would assume is 1940 due to the state of the landscape around the gun emplacement.
