Bombardier Charles Gordon Garrett has been added to our nominal roll. He enlisted with the 68th Overseas Depot Field Battery, Canadian Field Artillery in Vancouver on 21 February 1916 and served with the 2nd Canadian Division Ammunition Column and the 6th Brigade, Canadian Field Artillery in France and Belgium. He was wounded in 1918 and returned to Canada in 1919. He joined the Army Reserves during the Second World War. Bombardier Garrett passed away in 1980 and is buried at the Powell River Cemetery. He will not be forgotten.
